Gym and shooting-lane work for a stronger, more confident shot. All ages and levels.
Build a stronger, more confident shot. 45-minute sessions that pair gym work built around your shot with technique reps in our shooting lanes. Any age, any skill level.
Built on Jeff LoVecchio's system. 10+ years of pro hockey, 200+ pro clients and 30,000+ athletes trained.
How every session runs
Each lesson builds your shot from the ground up: exercises in the gym that carry over to shooting and puck handling, then technique work in the shooting lanes. Every drill is progressed or regressed to fit you.

Station work with exercises that correlate directly to shooting and puck handling, so you build the strength your shot actually uses.

Shooting technique on synthetic ice in our lanes, turning that strength into a harder, more accurate, more confident shot.

After every session, stick around for 15 minutes to use the equipment and work on what you learned on your own.
